Jacqueline Rhee

Jackie has extensive experience in corporate law and immigration. She worked as an in-house counsel at The Pinkfong Company, where she earned a reputation as the lead U.S. legal expert. In this role, she was responsible for reviewing various agreements, counseling internal clients, and managing lawsuits and other disputes related to international legal issues.
During her previous experience at MK Law Group, she successfully helped numerous clients obtain immigrant (green card) and non-immigrant (visa) status, some of which involved drafting waivers of grounds of inadmissibility. She has gained expertise in navigating complex immigration cases, and as part of K-Ridge’s immigration team, Jackie continues to provide comprehensive assistance to clients regarding diverse immigration matters.
Jacqueline (Jackie) Rhee earned her J.D. at Emory University School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Merit Scholarship. As a student, she was involved in transactional, corporate, and litigation matters for both corporate and individual clients during her internship and externship at Yoon & Yang (법무법인 화우) and Reynolds Law Group, respectively.
